I have a 1993 Evinrude ocean pro that runs great 90% of the time. every once in a while it will slow down all of a sudden. w/ out touching the throttle it will pick back up to full speed. had carbs. cleaned still same problem. had compression checked. all cylinders seem to have good compression...
