What is the proper float level and float drop for the carb on a 1988 8 hp evinrude motor?. When I tilt the motor some gas leaks out and I can't tell if it is coming from the motor itself or from the carb. Also this motor starts and runs well when cold but won't run at higher speed once it warms...
