    No forward or reverse 3.0 Merc w/Alpha one

    Hi, After hitting rocks at about 15 mph my prop is shot and something else is broke. Prop wont turn in niether forward or reverse. Engine just revs up. When I turn the prop by hand in gear it turns the water impeller I can hear that. But something is broke connecting it to the engine. Thanks...
