    So put a new impeller in it.. the wear plate was good, the cover had a nice soft rubber seal that feeds the motor tube.. no heavy wear marks inside.. looked good.. the tube looked good at the pump end of things. no gaskets anywhere there wasn't any when I started and there isn't any now.. it...

    1989 Force85 Fuel Pump

    I've done the carbs completely and I know they are good but I'm still getting a funny over fueling like thing going on.. Is it possible like some (vacuum operated fuel pressure regulators) to leak fuel into the intake?

    I got gallons of it that my boss used in his snowmobiles all water cooled and oil injected.. can I use it? I mixed some up at 40 to 1 for my 1989 force85.. should be ok right..

    Ya I used a belt sander and cleaned off all the old glue (kinda looked like two sided tape) off the outer side of the magnet and then used some sand paper rolls on the flywheel... Then cleaned everything with Acetone and used JB-weld to glue it back on..

    it did run on all three but after I rebuilt the carbs it stated acting up.. no spark in top hole.. changed coil, no sp... swapped coils with middle hole still no spark in top hole.. check the normal stuff... all looks good.. gonna pull the flywheel see what's going on in there.. i have the cdi...
