    115 vs 150 black max

    got a 87 115 now,run across a 83 150 black max with 50 hrs on rebuild,sit last 2 yrs,i can get whole ski boat,tanden axel trailer,trol motor,extras for 1500,,,would this 150 be noticably stronger than my 115 with maybe 15 hrs on it??

    inline 6 115 87 cracked rod type,,one book says 15 ft lbs plus half a turn,,any locktite needed on threads?

    on my rings,i put the new 2 ring setup on and noticed the bottom ring when lined up with the little pin would stick in the groove when i pushed it in hard by hand,so hard in fact i had to use a knifeblade to help pry it back out,i tried both rings on the bottom,same results,so i got some 600...

    low-high dome/2-3 ring stack??

    how or why would two motors same size use a high or low,,2 or 3 ring setup,does the highdome have more compression,,is the 3 ring piston preferd for better sealing?
