    1991 Chaparral 250SL. What engine is this?

    Manifolds say Volvo, but the rest of the engine looks a bit different than my 97 Volvo 4.3. Owner says recently rebuilt and bored over, but cannot find any numbers on the block anywhere. Can anyone verify if this is volvo, merc, or what, and if 4.3 or what size?

    How do I lube my u-joints and gimbal bearings on volvo 4.3 with volvo outdrive?

    All my books and manuals say that they need to be done, but don't explain how to do it. They suggest that dealer needs to do it. I don't like that suggestion.

    What happens if I am cruising along and hit something hard with my outdrive?

    Is it safe to put stainless bimini fittings on aluminum waketower?

    My upholsterer used all plasting fittings to mount the bimini top to my waketower. I asked for stainless, but he said he uses plastic so the stainless fittings don't corrode the aluminum tower where they come together.
