    I have 200 Volvo Penta 5.7 GI TBI engine with a broken spark plug the ceramic came out in one piece, but the threaded part is still in the head been soaking it for a week with Kroil penetrant and tried easy outs no luck any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Thanks you are right this is a guessing game I will take the boat out this weekend to run under load to see if I can recreate opening gas cap good idea also going to check plugs for condition.

    I have a 2002 VP 5.7 GI it starts runs great for about 1hr or two then it starts having power issues where the engine drops RPM's last time out it died completely once it cools down it runs fine any suggestions on where to start would be helpful.

    Yes the voltage coming out of the relay is like 3 volts.
