    2 vent plugs?

A pic of what you are talking about would help. sounds like you have a drain, vent, and fill level, and I never heard of this. giving the motors complete model info might help look up what you are seeing

    1986 Suzuki DT75

good to hear. I am sure there is a pilot mixture adjustment screw on each carb somewhere just like on my Yamaha you can fine tune the idle some. all 3 throttle plates need to be closed completely to lock the linkage together So all are opened exactly the same amount, and then adjust them to...

    1986 Suzuki DT75

I am not a Suzuki guy, but you need to find a service manual for your motor. You should have a service manual for all motors you own if you plan on working on them

    Please help with HPDI issues

what tells the ECU the motor is getting proper fuel on these motors? does it have an O2 senser? maybe nothing. it depends on the High pressure pump regulator to have the correct pressure. did you make sure the ECU knows when it is in gear yet?

    Please help with HPDI issues

those motors limit RPM in neutral by cutting off more cylinders that just the 2 it drops in neutral make sure the motor knows when you put it into gear. it may not be getting the signal it is in gear

    Please help with HPDI issues

if that is true, then I would be looking at fuel pressure being too high or what is telling the ECU that it is running lean making it turn the injector on too long

    Yamaha S200TXRU

The U says it is a 96. not sure what you mean by plug and play with a injected motor

25 HP Yamaha 4 stroke backfire

so moving the throttle does not move the plunger? it was just a guess since I have not worked on that motor myself. sometimes running the disassembled carb thru a heated sonic cleaner can get stuff out you cannot other ways

25 HP Yamaha 4 stroke backfire

I guess you removed the plug so you could remove, clean, and adjust the pilot screw. that plunger mechanism has me thinking that maybe it is not injecting enough extra fuel while accelerating

25 HP Yamaha 4 stroke backfire

is this a carbed motor or injected? giving all motor model ID info helps heck we have no idea what year even

    2009 yamaha 225hp no power

as always, start with compression, then test spark and the timing of that spark if all of that is good then you are left with a fuel issue posting all the motors model info would help others know what motor you are dealing with. I would think this is an injected motor, so testing fuel rail...

    F115 - no signal to #2 injector

sounds to me like Boscoe says the injectors should have power all of the time but the ECU fires them by furnishing the ground

    Yamaha F20 no spark.

yes they are some of the coils under the flywheel. so are the pulsar coils there are also lighting coils under there that create the power to charge the battery

OX66 O2 Sensor reading is off

giving complete motor info on what motor you are dealing with may help. no one can look up what you have with that info you gave

    Yamaha F20 no spark.

if it fires and runs when cold, I would think you have a fuel to air mixture ratio problem or timing problem maybe. but it is best to test everything you can and then chase what you cannot test

Yamaha OX 66 Trim & Tilt motor cylinder

I would remove and send off to have it repaired if it is worth fixing. if not, then find a replacement.

    Yamaha 115 stalled at idle

lost prime, maybe sucking in air someplace. or the lift pumps need replacing
