    Damage assessment - Tohatsu

    I am looking at buying this and wondered if any of you could assess how bad this damage looks. The first two detailed pics see fairly obvious, cowl is FUBAR and the starter coil housing thing is cracked (may be OK as is). It is the intake pipe connection to what I think is the carb that scares me.
