    Well I have the outdrive pulled to do some u joints, bellows and gimble.. Its looking pretty rough.. So I was thinking of sanding and wire wheeling off the loose crap(Pin strip tape and such) and do a little rattle can overhaul to it.. Can I get away with some rustoleum or something like that...

    So after finally getting the engine running good.. I noticed a vibration.. Pulled the outdrive and yucky.. Grease (not gear lube) and water in the bellows.. I found the little ring hanging on my drive shaft.. Is it the backing to the gimble bearing? There was a ton of green grease in there...
