    What is the Prop Slip at WOT ? That tells where a lot of hp and speed could be wasted.

    22 foot boat. Check that tachometer and GPS speed for being very accurate. Does the bilge pump EMPTY ALL the water down there ?

    Solar charging batteries

    My B & D packs are VERY OLD model years. They are LIFEPO4 chemistry. I have run the cells in the B & D vacuum cleaner down to 2 %. They are still charging up to 90 % and running strong. I was able to bu the last of the LIFEPO4 battery packs when they discontinued the LIFEPO4 chemistry.

    Have you checked the water level in the batteries each year? Any part of the lead plates allowed to dry out. Will permanently reduce the capacity of the battery. 50 % of cell allowed to dry out to air. Is 50 % capacity lost forever by normal people.

    I still have 10 year old B & D power tool LIFEPO4 packs that hold voltage forever. And recharge in about 15 minutes. Crap batteries die quickly. For different reasons. A cheap BMS system WILL / DOES constantly run down the battery.

    I only buy thawed fish. NEVER anything frozen. I bring a big ziplock bag to carry opened up packaged fish, or other sea foods. I cut the food bag open and smell it all over. Then put it into the zippered freezer bag. Take home and cut up into serving sizes. Seal them in the Vacuum Sealing...

    HOW would you be perfectly sure. A pump is mixing the correct ratio at all speeds ? Why I mix the oil to gas ratio.

    If your dock is normal strength ? You can do all the idle in forward gear while tied to the dock. Up to a very fast idle should be no problem for the dock. After reliable dock loading tests. I take a boat out on the water for higher power testing.

    Have you VERY carefully checked that the intake and exhaust valves are opening and closing fully with the spark plug removed ?
