1972 Starcraft Nova

My Nova was a 15ft, so I was able to cut them from an 8ft sheet. If you can't fit them diagonal to get them out of an 8ft sheet, I'd just piece them together with a backer being mindful of the inside shelf. I'd use 4x8 1/2" ACX from Menards ($42.09 here at present) and seal it with a few coats of Helmsman Spar before wrapping the exposed side with vinyl. Once wrapped and mounted in place, you'll never notice the difference.

I finally got the floor vinyl glued and stapled in. I also redid the side inside storage pocket on the port side. I did this side first, but after seeing how much better the starboard side looked I decided to redo the port side. I probably used too much 3m80 the first time, and it took a lot of work to remove the old glue. I'm thinking about the side panels now and the front partial panel pieces. For the front pieces I think I might skip the vinyl and just get new 1/4 inch plywood and paint them with a couple coats of rustoleum. Also, I started taking the old vinyl off the big side panel and found the wood in good shape except for the lowest one inch. So the big side panels will get new wood also.
