I have a 1986 9.9 force, It runs great but only runs half power while moving. the compression is 110 in both cylinder and no leak down. I have also replaced both coil's and still won't plane a 14 ft out? Is their power reeds that could go bad? It was running good and use to push a 14ft just fine...
