    Remote oil lines

    Has anybody else had problems with the aluminum fittings on the remote oil filter lines breaking? I had one break last weekend, and I'm trying to find out if this is a common problem. I am currently waiting to hear back from the dealer as to wether this will be covered under a warranty claim...

    engine hums after shut down

    I have a 2000 four winns 4.3 GL, when you shut it down it hums kinda like a A/C equalizing on a car, but louder. It sounds like it might be coming from exhaust riser, or hoses from flame retarder to exhaust riser. Any ideas??

    Changing from 3 to 4 blade prop. Any suggestions??

    I recently bought a 2000 Four Winns 180 horizon with 4.3 GL Volvo SX (1.79 gear ratio) it has alum. Volvo prop 14 1/4 x 21 that looks like it was run aground there is about a 1/2" mising off of each blade. Boat is running 41 mph (GPS) at 4800 rpm Volvo recommends 4200-4600 on the GL 2bbl carb...
