I would like to build a wet step for my boat dock, does anyone know where I can find specs or building plans for a wet step. I would also be interested in buying the step if it would be cheaper then building

I just bought an 1997 bass tracker that has an 1998 mercury force 40 hp outboard does any one know of a good brand and maybe a part number of 2 cycle oil that I should use in this motor.Also should I just use 87 octane or is it better to use a higher octane of gas.
