I just bought a 3-bow binimi from ANP, a company in Quebec, Canada (anp.ca) Has anyone ever tried to assemble one of these? The instructions that come with the package are almost incomprehensible.
This is a newer engine with less than 20 hours, and it doesn't idle when warm. So, being a newbie to outboards, I opened it up, turned a screw-with-spring setting that seemed like it should be the idle setting, but it did nothing. Any help in locating this screw appreciated.
