Hi, I have been rebuilding this motor for the past 2 months with list of items below. I had on the lake prior to rebuilding ignition, and I was only running one cylinder, but something is off with the throttle adjustment or linkage. Even after rebuilds and lube, I push the control lever forward...

Today I bought a 1976 MFG Gypsy 15 with a 1962 RK24L 40hp Electromatic outboard. Supposedly, this thing was barn kept for decades, and is VERY clean, but last hull registration is from 1988. I'm assuming the motor hasn't been run since.
