    3 hp johnson outbd, JW-14

    I recently came across this motor (a freebee) at a garage sale. The motor is locked up. I dropped the lower unit to make certain that wasn't the problem (it wasn't) and now plan to pull the head. Any suggestions/recommendations? Wayne
