I have a 70's model 165HP mercruiser outdrive coupled to a GM 250CID 6L that will not trim up. It has the 3 button control configuration with an "Up", "up/Out", "in" buttons. The outdrive goes down fine and when the "up" and "up/out" buttons are pushed it goes up fine. It just doesn't "trim"...
