I have a 1988 Blue Fin 1950 sportsman boat with a 130hp engine i think a 2.3 with no spark.I measured the voltage on both sides of the coil and have 12v.The motor has and external coil on it.Should i be reading 12volts on the coil?
I also turned the engine over with the volt meter on the dist...
