    The trim motor is more noisy and weaker than normal. After raised to top position the motor gradually "leaks" back down to fully lowered position

    service manual

    I have a 25 hp 84 Evinrude. I am being told that the 84 does not have a separate service manual for that year and the choice is a 79 or 85 manual. Sound right? If so which year is best.
