I am having some trouble with my boat, and I would appreciate a little bit of help.
1995 Wellcraft Eclipse 232
Volvo Penta 5.8FL
DPS outdrive
When I turn the key "on," there is power to the blower, etc.
When I turn the key to "Start," or hit one of the trim switches, then there is no...
I am stuck.
I removed the outdrive on my Wellcraft last fall, and I can't get it back on.
I replaced the bellows, and I fought with the outdrive for 3-4 hours and I can't get the darn thing back on.
I can get the u-joint started on the shaft, but then I can't get it any farther on.
I tried...
I have a 1995 Wellcraft Eclipse 233, with a Volvo 5.8FL (ford 351) (4 Barrel Holley). It has a Volvo Duo Prop, and currently I am running the B4 setup. The boat is 3900 lbs dry. WOT is supposed to be 4000-4400 RPM. Currently it will spin over 5200 RPM. (Probably not for long)
