    is this prop spun?

    Hello everyone I have a prop question. On my port motor it seems to break free after 3500 RPMs as if it would go into neutral and jump to 6000+ RPMs. would not catch again until i brought it back to below 2000. here is a picture of the 2 props that I have. Good one Bad one

    99 Suzuki DT 140 2 stroke fuel issue (VID)

    I believe my fuel pump has gone bad by not slowing down the excess fuel. Im not sure if this is it. At the throtle body it is spitting out excess fuel and it does it if i just pump the bulb. any ideas here is a short video of what it is doing
