I have a 2006 Suzuki 90 4 stroke EFI. I have a crank no start problem. According to flow chart in manual I should have 5 volts on e-stop wire, I have 11 volts. would this cause the fuel pump not to run. Clear fuel filter is not filling up. Any help would be appreciated, dont want to take to...
