    Scavengers are smiling I’m sure. A dead squirrel in the road around here last about 20 min. Crows are always watching and waiting. 😂

    There are a lot people here that have honey bees and sell the honey in road side farm stores and it’s so good. My favorite is from the bees the work the Russian Olive tress. Not sure what it is about that tree but it makes a big difference in the color and taste. It’s a pretty dark honey.

    I never fished the green bridge but it was always talked about being a great spot. There was a guy that sold smoked mullet on the side of the road in Palmetto that was just amazing. I still think about from time to time and I haven’t had in some 40 years or so.

    They did the same in my neighborhood in Bradenton Fl. I lived out on the Islands so they used the helicopter to get to all the wetlands that surround us back then. It’s a concrete jungle now.     Killing a bat in Ma comes with heavy fines and in some cases jail time. Threatened spices are $1,000 per bat and endangered are $2,000 per bat. 5 of the 9 species are listed as endangered.

    In 70’s they sprayed my neighborhood for mosquitoes with helicopters. You had to try and run for cover when you heard them coming. Sometimes you would get lucky and sometimes you get sprayed.
