I'm converting a small bowrider to electric drive. The motor, controller and batteries are air cooled. I'd like to remove the impeller from the 1992 OMC Cobra sterndrive.
Question: Does the sterndrive water pump cool the upper unit or just the engine?
Keep in mind this is not a high performance...
My immediate question is " what is the construction of the stringers"? Are they wood core?
I have most of the plywood up and some of the foam. So far the strings sound solid. I have not tested with a meter yet.
Other than that I'd just like to see whats available.
