My brother-in-law has a an '01 Merc OB, he seems to think the "carbs are clogged up." from listening to him, I think he may be right. Can someone give me a "heads up" into this repair? I have a mechanical background, DSL and gas engines, I've just never worked on a "small boat motor" just ones...
