Just bought a 2008 Q4 and the upholstery could use some work. Was thinking of buying seats off iboats here but I have no idea if they will fit. Looking to replace the two pedestal seats and wondering if the ones here would work if I used my existing pedestal...

Just bought a 2008 Q4 and one of the larger chrome vent grilles on the back of the boat is missing. It is one of the larger or approx. 4 1/4" ones.
Two questions:
1. Where the heck can I find one?
2. If I do what kind of adhesive do I use so I don't lose another.
