I have a older model VIP, 16 ft. I think it needs a new deck.
First of all, how do I know it needs a new deck?
Secondly, If it does, I would love it if someone could explain the process of putting in a new deck. I NEED the "for dummies" version of it so no nautical terms please. I don't know...
