    40 hp evinrude

    I need help. My 40 hp evinrude 1986 is acting like it is running on 1 cylinder. Compression is 135 on 1 and 120 on the other. I have rebuilt both carbs and fuel pump. Replaced both spark plugs, wires and coils no change.Any advise. Thanks
