I am looking at a boat with 1990 yamaha 50 hp outboard. The previous owner was changing the fuse panel but don't have it all rewired yet. He has the main wire from the battery to the engine, with a new charged battery. The starter motor or the trim motor do not turn over. Should they? Do more...
