Searching the web I have found several places that offer a complete flooring kit. Just wondering if any one has tried these and have a suggestion as to the best kit for the buck.

Is this the proper plywood to redo the deck on my pontoon? I found this at menards and just wanted to make sure that it is the proper stuff since i have heard so much about not finding the proper board at a menards/ home depot type store.

Here is the controller. From what I can see it is a push to choke w/o power trim

and the motor is just the male...
I have one with no key and several broken wires. I would like to replace it with something new with as little problems as I can. Any suggestions on a good replacement for this?
