    force 50 hp hard to start and wont stay running

    just bought a 88 16' bayiner capri .. motor is a force 50 hp . i have cleaned out the carbs changed the plugs and fuel line plus bulb all new . still i cant get it to fire up and stay on it , pops alot when it is running and i'm thinking the timing and gas to air mixtures are off . anyone know...
