    replacing gas lines on 1972 9.8 hp mercury

    Hi, I have a 1972 9.8 H.P. Mercury motor and the gas lines leak just (old and dry rot) . I want to replace but it has the brass fittings on both ends. How do I replace and do I have to buy these specially from a Mercury dealer? Any advice from you would be very much appreciated.
