Problem: 1955 Mercury Mark 25e 18 hp serial number 879412 restoration purchase w/out starter. Motor is in transit. Manuals purchased and in transit. Have found replacement starter for 1956 25e designed w/11 tooth drive for 58 tooth flywheels.
Question: Does anyone know if this starter will work...
