Johnson 70hp starts every time, but not going properly into forward. Cable has bit of play so replacement on order.
However——-when stripped controller side , found the plastic part teeth have worn down, even found splinters in the unit. Can anyone recommend a proper replacement as it’s 89...
I see . But it’s ran for near 6 months with no issues until adjustment of the cables.
u still think try the lower casing ??
And does 11 or 12ft cables make much difference ?
