My merc 110 9.8 was running fine until it got some bad gas. Mechanic cleaned and serviced carb. Next time I went to use motor, It ran at extremely high rpms and was a tad bit hard to start. Mechanic said it may have a bad crank seal....any comments or suggesstions on this? Thanks....Tom
