have a 85 force on a 17.5 ft. bayliner fish/ski..whats the biggest force engine i could put on this boat? Is a 1994 150 force to big & is it a good engine ? Thanks !
could you guys please tell me the symptoms of a bad rectifier ? I have a 1988 85 hp force, it is charging 16.5 @ WOT,plus sometimes it runs 29-32 mph & 4400 rpm ,then sometimes it runs 37-39 @ 5200 rpm...thanks !

I have a 1988 85 hp force but i cant figure out the correct carb kit...my model # is 856X8A. I see 2 different part #s..18-7033 & 18-7037. Help is greatly appreciated . Thanks

it still leaks down very slowly..used atf as fluid..has no leaks & have bled system.could it be i need better fluid or maybe an internal leak in motor??HELP...thanks:confused:
