My mercruiser 230 has aload click when the key is turned. There is power to the dash, starter and solenoid have been bench tested, but engine won't turn over. New plugs and wires. Any ideas?
I have an 88 mercruiser- (305 chev) I have power at the dash, starter and solenoid have been confirmed in working order. The starter "clicks" when i turn the key, then a whine, but no engine turnover at all. Any ideas...anyone.
