    I pulled the carb of and cleaned it all up still when i slide the throttle it will not rev up is there any way this unit has to be timed with thottle and mag like my 58 rude i think thats why my plugs are wet because i have the throttle wide open and its not reving to burn the fuel also is it...

    I had the fly wheel of and put new coil and new plug wires it will not rev up plugs got real sooty when running seems like over fueling is the carb air setting on this unit same as my 58 rude:confused:

    my 10hp evenrude cuts down to 1 cylinder and stalls at low speed:confused::confused:
