just installed new prop supplied by local dealer as listed in catalog for Evinrude 70hp 1975 model. Installed in the following order:
Thrust bushing
Prop
Spacer
Nut
When installing the spacer between the prop and nut, it does not appear to grab the teeth of the shaft? what am I doing wrong...

To my knowledge this unit does not have a "weep hole". There are 2 holes on the rear of the engine, just below the motor and just above the lower unit. when idling on the muffs there is water coming from one hole, but not the other, is this normal, or an indication of a problem?
