    70 hp Evinrude bogging out at 2000 rpms

    Just picked up 83 Bass Cat with a 70hp Evinrude outboard. Boat was sitting off and on for past 3 years. Dumped existing fuel out of tank and added clean fuel and replaced spark plugs. Put on new battery and motor fired right up. Took to lake and had some starting problems , but with idle arm up...
