Simptom - Pees for about 5 seconds, then just dribbles.
Changed impeller, same thing.
Tested impeller (with a drill motor & ear muffs) and it works fine.
Connected a water source to the water inlet tube (where the water pump feeds motor) and it pees for about 5 seconds, then just dribbles...
