Go make a small log boom and pull it around. Safer and you can buck it up for firewood. Most here know I have lots of logs around!

Those E-tec's are super sippy. Unless it's changed, better fuel milage and pollution standards on any gas outboards.

Seems you never checked the ignition coil to power pack connections. Swap plug wires to check as Mr Racer has suggested.
