    Motor hard to start .

    I have a 1964 mercury 850-e outboard. When I start the motor up cold after bulb priming the carbs it takes maybe seven attemps to get the motor running. All three of my carbs have been rebuilt, cleaned, and idle adjusted. Now when I take the boat out on the water and cut the motor off it is hard...

    1964 mercury outboard won't pee

    I just bought a 1964 mercury outboard 6cyl 850-e and it won't pee but side of the engine still feels cool , are these motors suppose to pee? I have also replaced the impeller.
