The inflatable keel will always "push up" against the floor. I would think a thicker ply would be better as it wouldnt flex so much. I am also going to try this upgrade and will report back
Very nice write up, thanks . I would love Intex to come up with an aftermarket inflatable floor , that would make it more rigid and a lot lighter. These floors seem to work very well on the TrueKit inflatables
