    1986 Stratos fishing boat its been in storage for 4 years. Pumped the fuel out installed new batteries it fired right up. Lucky me! the only problem the throttle only button is hanging up. I wiggled the throttle lever and was able to in gauge higher rpm for start up. It needs some TLC to make it...
