    I have a Nissan NS A90 3B7-1 90 hp 2 stroke outboard motor. Tach stopped working. I Bought new Faria tach still not working. Tested for a/c 2 volts+/- at ground signal on tach per Faria Tech support. Nothing. Tested rigging harness wiring, Engine Harness wiring for continuity w/o issue...

    Thanks! Ya, I have seen them do this on youtube. It could be the rectifier I did hook the battery up wrong several years ago and it blew a fuse and may have blown a diode too in the rectifier. I will ck it out Thanks

    92 Nissan 90 hp

    Can anyone help me out.... a rod that is attached to the oil pump broke lose from its fitting what does it do? It apparently moves when I pull up the lever for a fast idle when I first start the motor. The motor is a 1992 nissan 90 hp outboard motor? Any Info would be a great help. Thanks
