    The hose fitting may be leaking. Mine are and all 4 hoses are getting replaced in the offseason. I also got the cylinder rebuild kit from 5 star. It replaces all of the gaskets inside the cylinder. You would see fluid coming from the piston if you had a bad internal seal. Mine were pissing...

    On my boat the fuse is next to the relay, which is right next to the hydraulic pump.

    Overheating during cruising but normal under idle

    I’m dealing with this exact issue right now. There’s been a ton of troubleshooting but I still have to check to see if the risers or manifold are clogged and do a pressure test on intake plumbing to look for cracks.
