i have a 1989 70hp johnson i just rebuilt the lower unit took it out to the lake ran great brought it back to the cottage pulled it out of the water tried to turn the prop by hand and it was tight so i took the upper screw from the oil filler and the screw blew out of the hole it was under alot...
